Armando Padilla is the BEBR UF Survey Reseach Center’s full-time field director. Prior to being selected for the position of field director in August of 2005, Armando had experience as an interviewer and a supervisor. His duties include management, coaching, and development of 11 full- and part-time shift supervisors as well as 150-300 OPS employees; payroll management, hiring, evaluating, training, scheduling, and translating department; evaluating, recommending, and implementing changes in staffing; and coordinating projects, events, and meetings on monthly basis.

Armando is also responsible for organizing seasonal bonus incentive programs, conducting department evaluations, measuring lab operations, and assisting the director and study manager with data analysis.
