Matthew "Matt" Collins transferred to the Bureau of Economic and Business Research in April 2007 from the Florida Museum of Natural History. He is responsible for the BEBR Windows and Linux computers, as well as the network and phone systems. Matt also provides programming assistance to the Bureau's application development team as needed.

Matt worked with several consulting and Internet services companies in his home state of Vermont prior to arriving at the University of Florida.
