Pamela Middleton has been with the Bureau of Economic and Business Research since 1980, and is a Program Assistant and Circulation Manager. As Program Assistant, Pamela processes all necessary revenue transactions for auxiliary, research foundation, and foundation accounts. She is responsible for all necessary financial transactions for all purchases, paying invoices, travel, and reimbursements. Pamela coordinates with the Director of Operations and the Office Manager regarding budget requirements and expenditures. Pamela also maintains correct internal procedures for handling the daily receipt of cash, checks and credit cards, making deposits as necessary and preparing monthly sales tax reports.
Pamela also serves as Circulation Manager for BEBR publications. In this capacity, she maintains the computerized database of approximately 8,000 subscribers; manages sales of all BEBR publications; maintains records of BEBR revenue and coordinates with the Office Manager to balance revenue received versus revenue deposited; generates mailing labels for publication and brochure mailings; and resolves customer-relation issues. In addition to these duties, Pamela assists the Information/Publications Services Program Director with the marketing of BEBR publications.
