Scott K. Cody is a demographer with the Bureau of Economic and Business Research at the University of Florida. He has been with BEBR since 1988. Scott produces the intercensal population estimates for the cities and counties of Florida.

Scott received his B.S. in geology from the University of South Carolina in 1976, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. From 1980 to 1986, Scott worked as an auditor in Oklahoma for Dupont and Conoco and worked for CSX in Florida from 1986 to 1987.
