Susan Floyd, Information/Publications Services Program Director, supervises production and marketing of the Bureau of Economic and Business Research’s publications, coordinates BEBR’s information services, and is responsible for managing BEBR Web site content. Susan was employed part-time with BEBR from 1974 to 1977 before becoming a full-time employee in 1977.

A former teacher in the fields of Physical Education, Science, and Health Education, Susan received a B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1974, and an M.A. in mass communication from the University of Florida in 1999, with a focus in the area of political communication. She has completed much of her doctoral coursework in this specialty.

Susan's professional affiliations include serving as a board director for the Association for University Business and Economic Research (AUBER) organization and membership in the University of Florida Communication Network (UFCN).
