This data report of county-level housing statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau provides the number of single- and multifamily units permitted and started in the state and for each of Florida's 67 counties annually over time. Available by e-mail in Microsoft Excel, you can use these data to track growth by county, compare permit data to actual starts, determine which counties are growing the fastest, and as baseline data to develop your own projections.
